Sports Bio
Started competing in triathlon in 1984 USTS San Francisco held at Del Valle in Livermore. Got into the sport after transitioning from motocross in which I was training quite a bit for. Ran track my senior year and my brother told me about this new sport in what he wanted to train for called triathlon. I ended up training for it and been hooked ever since.

Ironman Hawaii
Worst race experience
Probably last years Morgan Hill Sprint. It started to hail and rain on the bike and thought I was going to freeze to death. Not a fan of cold weather.
Best training advice or what sticks in my head
If you can walk you can jog. Definitely something to think about during a Ironman.
